Global and Intercultural Readiness (GROW) Workshops

GROW Workshops help undergraduate and graduate students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to engage successfully across cultures. Through interactive activities, group dialogue, real-world case studies, and guided reflection, students explore how cultural differences influence communication, collaboration, and everyday university life.

GROW Workshops are open to all students – international and domestic – who want to strengthen their intercultural competence and global readiness. Sessions build on one another, but participants are welcome to attend any session and are encouraged to attend as many as possible for the full learning experience.
