The Early Action deadline is a new opportunity for study abroad applicants to receive an earlier application decision and more advance time for planning. This additional deadline is for Spring applications only, and is permanent starting with the Spring 2023 application cycle.

Given the general uncertainty that comes with international travel, an early application window helps mitigate potential challenges such as delays in the application process, delays concerning visa applications or evolving public health considerations. It also allows for advanced planning for academics, housing and extracurriculars.

Students will always have the opportunity to apply by the regular deadline of September 15th. If a program fills up during the Early Action deadline period, we will do our best to accommodate students where possible.

Decisions are released following the June 15th deadline, based on the notification date on the program’s brochure page in My Study Abroad.
